Beth’s performance was verify professional throughout this entire process, starting with the July 28, Comparative Market Analysis (the photos were awesome) and ending with the Closing on November 20, 2024. I should point out that I live in Wenatchee, Washington (400 plus miles from My House & where Beth works) many times, this took extra effort making Phone Calls, sending Texts, or sending Emails to me and this took extra time. During this time, My Daughter and I made only two weekend trips to St. Helens to work at my house and making plans to have it ready when the Buyers planned to move in. More specific examples are listed below:

She prepared and explained the contents of the RMLS Oregon Exclusive Right to Sell -Listing Contract to me,

She organized Open House tours, Broker Tours, and House Showings such that a lot of potential Buyers got to see the House & property

Prepared the timely and correct Buyer’s Offers and other Addendums to the Listing Contract for my review & Signature,

She did a thorough job of helping us (Me, and my 2 Sons) STAGE the house room-by-room by removing some and re-locating other furniture to make the rooms look larger. I was really impressed with the results and a lot of the potential Buyer’s made super good comments. As part of this, she helped Me keep track of which Items were Promised to my Family Members and those to be Donated.

She also did extra things, such as moving the Garbage, Recycle, and Debris Cans to Curb on Thursdays and putting them back in place on Friday. She also watched over my House, and when necessary, went inside to turn lights off (someone left on by mistake) and would also check all exterior doors to make sure they were locked.

She also rounded up all of the House Keys, Garage Door’s Remote Controls, and located the House Blue Prints and the File Box where the House Records are kept.

She had many conversations with the Buyer’s Agent to keep things focused on Closing on time.

She takes excellent Photos of House Areas & and Items in the House to keep me up to date on what the House looks like (Looks Great). I was very impressed with Beth’s work performance of the above.

Overall, I feel that I got a good and fair price for My House & Property, and Beth’s performance was verify professional throughout this entire process....
